What sets She’s Electric apart from other E-bike brands?
We actually give a shit about the bikes we sell.

We’ve been doing this since 2017 and don’t just pick bikes from a catalogue and slap our logo on them. We work directly with our factories and suppliers, staying hands-on with the design, components and production.

The result? Bikes that look bloody good, ride even better and are built for a good time.

Is riding an e-bike cheating?
Only if having more fun counts as cheating.

You’re still pedalling, still moving and still getting exercise - you’ve just got a little electric backup when you need it. Plus, when riding is this much fun, chances are you’ll ride further and more often.

Which She’s Electric bike is right for me?
That depends on how you like to ride. Our three models have different personalities, setups and specs. Check out our bike comparison to find your perfect match - or get in touch and we’ll happily point you in the right direction.

What’s the difference between your three models?
Each model has its own combination of frame design, components, riding position and performance. Head to our Compare Bikes page for the full breakdown without having to open 47 tabs.

Which frame is right for me - step-through or step-over?
It really comes down to how you like to ride.

Step-through frames are easy to hop on and off, with no awkward leg-swinging required. Great for relaxed cruising, frequent stops or anyone who just likes life a little easier.

Step-over frames have that classic bike shape and a sportier feel - perfect if you prefer a more traditional riding style.

Neither is better. It’s all about what feels good between your legs.

Are there weight restrictions for your bikes?
Our bikes can comfortably carry up to 180kg payload.

Can I test ride a bike before buying?
Absolutley! We’re based in Margaret River, WA. Contact us before heading down and we'll organise a time to get you on a bike.

Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
Your bike arrives 80% assembled, but some final assembly and safety checks are required before riding.

How long does the battery take to charge?
Approximately, 4-6 hours from flat.

How far can I ride on one charge?
Range depends on your bike, battery, assistance level, rider weight, terrain, hills, wind, tyre pressure and how enthusiastically you're using that motor.

How long will my battery last before it needs replacing?
Lithium batteries naturally lose capacity over time. How long yours lasts depends heavily on how often you ride, charge and store it. Treat it nicely and it'll return the favour.

Should I charge my battery after every ride?
You don't necessarily need to. If you've still got plenty of charge for your next ride, there's no need to automatically plug it in every time.

Can I leave my battery charging overnight?
We recommend charging while you're awake and able to keep an eye on it. Use the correct charger, charge in a dry and ventilated area away from flammable materials, and disconnect it once charging is complete.

How should I store my battery if I'm not riding for a while?
Store it somewhere cool and dry, away from extreme heat and direct sunlight. Follow the storage-charge recommendations in your manual and check the battery periodically during longer storage.

Can I buy a replacement or spare battery?
Yep. Contact us with your bike model and we'll help you find the correct battery.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship our bikes all across Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! For now, we’re keeping the good stuff down under.

How long will my bike take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and freight provider. We usally say between 7-14 days. Once your bike is on the move, tracking information will be provided where available.

Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes - Local pickup from Margaret river can be arranged. Please select local pickup at checkout or contact us.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

What warranty comes with my bike?
All models of She’s Electric bikes come with a 2 Year Warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us with your order details, a description of the problem and clear photos or video. The more information you send us, the quicker we can figure out what's going on.

Do you stock replacement parts?
We keep replacement and service parts available for our bikes. Contact us with your model and the part you're chasing.

RETURNS & AFTER-SALES

Can I return my bike?
Yep - changed your mind? No hard feelings.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the bike is unassembled, unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, so you’ll need to cover the postage back to us.

Can i cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order. You may still be eligible for a return. Please check out our Returns Policy for full details.

What happens if there's an issue when my bike arrives?
Contact us straight away with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to get it sorted.

How quickly does your support team respond?
Pretty damn quick. We try to get back to customers as quickly as possible during business hours
We’re based in WA, so we operate on WA business hours. Get in touch during the week and we’ll aim to get back to you as soon as possible. Hit us up over the weekend? We’re probably out riding. We’ll get back to you Monday.
